Alfanar Global Development (AGD) is the project development arm of Alfanar Projects. With a specialty in BOT projects, we develop, plan, finance, design, build, and operate assets across grid, water, renewable energy, infrastructure, process, healthcare, and digital sectors.
In the past decade, we have developed and continue to operate major greenfield projects through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Egypt, India, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia. As an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Independent Water and Power Producer (IWPP), we have various Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with off-takers globally.
Supporting nations in achieving their net zero goals and decarbonizing their economies is a critical business objective for us. Our teams are adept at keeping up with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks around the world. Through the Build-Own-Operate (BOO), Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT), and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) models, we are developing and operating mega projects.
Currently, we have mega development BOT projects across five sectors, but we are always keen to further broaden our horizons.
