SUPERVISOR, HOUSEKEEPING (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
This position exist to take full responsibility of overall management of technician team.
Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost.
Deliver as per company quality standards.
Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the sub sections to a further step
Key Accountability Areas
- Assess and request expected materials needed to cover the assigned (open areas) weekly housekeeping activities every Thursday through admin portal
- Validate all received housekeeping materials requests by email (generated from portal requests) for all targeted areas of housekeeping activities
- Arrange all needed materials / tools for delivery
- Deliver all needed materials / tools for admin buildings and open areas housekeeping activities every Saturday to all concerned cleaners
- Deliver all needed materials / tools for shop floors housekeeping activities on monthly basis to all concerned cleaners
- Perform morning brief with all housekeeping team for open area on daily basis
- Arrange and agree on needed work instructions for each cleaner area in coordination with concerned building administrator and concerned cleaner
- Provide the needed training and weekly follow up meetings for cleaners to ensure cleaning activities are performed in a proper and efficient manner
- Develop monthly attendance and monthly evaluation reports and share it with the admin manager for validation and approval
- Plan yearly vacations and leaves for cleaners to ensure business continuity and avoid any interruption of business services
- Perform special assigned tasks such as shifting furniture, cleaning external tents, etc.
- Maintain and monitor inventory movement, consumption and stock availability for targeted housekeeping activities
- Address materials and tools requirements to central admin on monthly basis
- Ensure that received materials are matching the specifications mentioned/clarified in the order.
- Escalate to central admin in case of issues/observations with received materials from suppliers
