Engineering Construction

Over the past half century, we have scripted our unique success story in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the world through our growing portfolio of engineering construction projects. From Sharourah and Hail power plants in Saudi Arabia to EWA and DEWA substations in Bahrain and UAE, from solar photovoltaic projects in Egypt to wind farms in India and Spain – our multidisciplinary teams continue to reinvent themselves to undertake bespoke engineering construction projects across the world.

And that our QA and QC engineers conduct thorough inspections at every stage of the project in accordance with our clients' specifications.

Assign Management & Recruitment

Once the contract is signed, and as we receive project documents from the client, we assign a Project Director, Site Manager, and Project Team.

Mobilization to Site

As we receive the benchmarks of the project, we develop a project office and temporary site facility.

Engineering Review

With the planning department’s support, we finalize the project time schedule with the client. In this phase, we also finalize the IFC (Issued for Construction) design and drawings.

Procurement

We then proceed to procure all the materials whether locally or imported and store them in our warehouse to be transported later to the site for construction.

Construction

We begin the civil work for the auxiliary building, along with mechanical and electrical work. This phase also includes heavy equipment transportations, their receipts and inspection.

Installation & Pre-commissioning

After all the equipment has been installed, they’re monitored for their smooth functioning.

Testing & Commissioning

In this phase, all electrical and mechanical equipment and BMS (Battery Monitoring Systems) are tested in front of the client. Commissioning clearance is handed out once the client is satisfied.

Project Handover & Closeout

In the final phase, the as-built drawing is shared with the client, and we close the project.
