SPECIALIST, IT SUPPORT (LAHORE, PAKISTAN) (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems. Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
Key Accountability Areas
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Closing ITSO/Incidents under SLA.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Installing/Activating Licensing software’s and updating License sheeting shared among team.
- IT support to onsite and offsite users.
- On Priority support to Meeting Rooms and VIP’s users.
- Upgrading Laptops/PC to windows 11.
- Updating Vulnerabilities machines sent by IT security team.
- Managing and updating Clickshare systems.
- L1 Support to SAP users.
- Preparing new Laptops as per standard as per ITSO.
- Processing acquire laptop and send IT report to concern dept. to deactivate asset.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Any relevant field
