Job Purpose

Ensure efficient and safe operation of the gym facility by maintaining equipment, monitoring member safety, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Accountability Areas

Facility Maintenance:  

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.

Equipment Monitoring:

  • Monitor members' use of equipment to ensure safety and proper form.

Member Services:

  • Greet members, assist with inquiries, and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Safety:

  • Monitor the gym floor to ensure member safety and address any potential hazards.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as attendance records and paperwork.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other gym staff to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for members.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Emergency Response:

  • Handle emergency situations, including administering first aid if necessary.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved. 
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

  • Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

Academic Qualification
