Key Accountability Areas

• To Follow up and ensure the Mechanical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
•  Accurate Quantity take off for mechanical services as per contract and site requirement.
•    To Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Mechanical services and work implemented meets the specification and the client requirements.
•    Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, design, and existing local authority standard.
•    Responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including Scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources, and dealing with operation issues and problems.
•    Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
•    Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Mechanical services drawings and service connection.
•    Material coordination and close interaction with consultants for preparation of material submittal for approvals, preparation of working drawings and as built drawings.
•    Following design check, procurement, planning, and execution of all MEP works.
•    Able to prepare work distribution charts. Bills of materials / material delivery schedule and can handle a huge workforce as per site requirement.
•    To ensure the quality of material and workmanship to satisfy that work should be completed with given standards.
•    Excellent supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, project development, work planning and organization, budget monitoring and cost control as per contract and client requirements.
•    Proactive, ethical, confident, and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task effectively.
•    Following up and ensuring all inspecting requests for completed work (IRs) to hand over the work to consultant.
•    Close all (non-Conformity reports) issued by Consultant / Client.
