OFFICER, CAFM (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
Operate the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) in NEOM Villages. Create and maintain accurate data records for facilities.
Key Accountability Areas
Maintenance:
- Create and maintain accurate data record of facilities maintenance record in CAFM system.
- Handle day to day planning, scheduling and dispatching maintenance crew and monitor all activities involved in reactive and planned preventive maintenance.
- Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance work orders in accordance with pre-program of work.
- Raise Reactive Maintenance work orders for maintenance technical staff.
Maintenance Reports:
- Auto generate reporting data on PPM and RM carried out to ascertain status.
- Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting.
- Prepare monthly maintenance report including all facilities MEP, Civil, Soft services etc., for client review.
Compliance:
- Ensure Closing of all closed and done work order on time.
- Ensure the priority of work orders closing matching with contract KPI’s.
Communications:
- Communicate with vendors, employees, and other individuals on status of work orders.
- Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.

Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
