Site Admin (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
Coordinate and support HR & Personnel services related to employees and operations services. Ensure compliance of company’s rules and policies and suggest corrective actions and requirements to the employees.
Key Accountability Areas
1- Arranging the work joining for new employees.
2- Controlling and processing employees’ daily attendance.
3- Arranging the employees’ Monthly Incentives.
4- Muqeem ID (IQAMA): coordinating with concerned department at HO to issue & renew employees’ Muqeem IDS’.
5- Employees’ Bank Accounts: coordinating the process from signing the formats till ATM activation for non-staff and for staff to arrange letters for them to open account after Iqama issuance.
6- Employees’ Medical Insurance: coordinating & review the process to get the medical insurance card for the employees / families.
7- GOSI Accidents: coordinating the process immediately with concerned at HO to register the big accidents in same time and send employee immediately to the hospital to get the required treatment.
8- Vacations: arranging the employees’ vacations / exit re-entries as per company policy.
9- Reviewing, processing, and following the employees’ contractual Relationship termination: responsible for processing the termination case for an employee and following with HO till getting the Termination Letter.
10- Arranging employees’ Clearances.
11- Execute the manpower transfer action.
12- Filling and Records: responsible to have filling and records for all his project employees’ documents ( Iqama, Driving license, Qualification Certificates, transfer notes, etc… ).
13- All Other tasks related to HR and personnel: coordination with concerned for any other task related to HR

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
