Housing Manager - NEOM - Sharma (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
To have full ownership and accountability for the total facilities management of a large residential compound, including retail and Commercial offices. Be the main point of contact for Senior Property Manager, day-to-day and ensure the seamless delivery of best-in-class services, through the management of the onsite team.
Be accountable for reporting, budget management, team development of the Housing team and to ensure service is consistently delivered to the highest standards. The position will oversee and manage the Housing team and have responsibility to ensure world class service is delivered.
Key Accountability Areas
- Unit Readiness Management:
Ensure meticulous preparation of housing units before check-in.
Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Check-out and Vacancy Procedures:
Implement and oversee procedures for checked-out or vacant units.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and readiness for incoming occupants.
Team Leadership:
Supervise teams during each shift, ensuring optimum staffing levels.
Enforce grooming and hygiene standards among personnel.
Operational Facilitation:
Streamline and optimize operational processes for efficient service delivery.
Address challenges promptly to maintain a smooth workflow.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of unit statuses and maintenance activities.
Generate comprehensive reports on housing operations as required.
Role Accountability
- Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in 5-star Hotels or Resorts or housing services or equivalent.
- Management Experience of Catering supplier along with its supply chain and third party contracting.
- Experienced in facilities management role for residential asset/ Mixed use
- Experience in contractor management
- Experience of setting and managing a budget
- Excellent communication and relationship builder
- Full understanding of building plant equipment, maintenance, and compliance.
- Understanding of property statutory compliance guidelines.
- To be experienced in working alone and or as a part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Alfanar FM .
- Familiar with computerized solutions including, but not limited to,CAFM, Microsoft office, housing systems, etc.
