MANAGER, FACILITIES (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
This position exists to take full responsibility of overall management of Facilities Department. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step.
Key Accountability Areas
Housing and Office Buildings Management:
- Manage checking housing and offices buildings (cleaning and maintenance level)
- Manage the housing buildings occupancy regularly and take the needed actions to maintain high occupancy percentage
- Manage the offices buildings occupancy regularly and take the needed actions to provide new spaces when required
- Monitor average market price and decide the renewal, partial renewal, or cancellation
- Evaluate services contracts evaluation, renewal, cancellation, new contracts
- Manage layout change, create new offices and areas changes projects
Business Planning:
- Set and develop the needed plans/actions to provide safe and secure work living environment
- Prepare the annual facility plan/budget in cooperation with planning department and accounts and review the results on monthly basis
Administration:
- Manage, analyze, and review the monthly detailed operational reports of Facility teams.
- Manage regular meetings with the company Facility Management team to review the pending orders and overall performance.
- Review and approve all purchase requests and purchase orders for facility department.
- Review and approve petty cash invoices and all utility invoices.
Education: Bachelor's in engineering
