The signing ceremony was attended by the President of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al Amiri, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfanar Group, Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq. The MoU was signed by Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, Executive VP of Alfanar Projects, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Saghir, Vice President for Business Development and Investment at the Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

On the occasion, Eng. Waseem Al Mallouhi, CEO of Alfanar Global Development, commented, “This memorandum of understanding is to work in the healthcare sector as a developer, operator, and provider of engineering and construction services.
