The signing ceremony was attended by the President of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Salem AlAmiri, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfanar Group, Eng. Sabah AlMutlaq. The MoU was signed by Eng. Amer AlAjmi, Executive VP of Alfanar Projects, and Dr. Abdul Rahman AlSaghir, Vice President for Business Development and Investment at the Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

On the occasion, Eng.
