Alfanar Engineering Services Signs Land Lease Agreement with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu

Alfanar Engineering Services signed a new land lease agreement with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
The agreement covers the lease of a 21,000-square-meter plot in Yanbu Industrial City for the development and construction of a specialized facility for the manufacturing and maintenance of electric motors. This step reflects the company’s strategic direction to expand its operational capabilities and strengthen the scope of its advanced maintenance services within the Kingdom.
The agreement’s signing ceremony witnessed the presence of His Excellency Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and His Excellency Eng. Khalid Al-Salem, President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. The two parties were represented by Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, CEO of Alfanar Engineering Services, and Mr. Abdulhadi Al-Juhani, CEO of the Royal Commission in Yanbu.
Commenting on this agreement, Eng. Amer Al Ajmi said, “This project comes as part of our strategic plans to expand the company’s operational capabilities and enhance the provision of advanced maintenance services within the Kingdom. With this new facility, and supported by our four repair workshops in Jubail, Riyadh, and Yanbu, we aim to strengthen local industrial capacity, support localization efforts, and enable us to deliver high-value engineering solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and competitive industrial ecosystem.”
