The Intel delegation, headed by Eng. Greg Ernst, Intel's Chief Revenue Officer, was welcomed by Eng. Wasim Al Malouhi, Chief Executive Officer of Alfanar Global Development.

During the visit, the two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development of data centers and digital infrastructure across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The MoU aims to support the delivery of future-ready, scalable, and energy-efficient data centers, aligned with the Kingdom’s digital transformation ambitions.

During the signing ceremony, Eng. Wasim Al Malouhi represented Alfanar Global Development, and Eng. Greg Ernst represented Intel. Where Eng. Wasim stated: “This MoU is about building data centers and shaping the digital foundation of the Kingdom’s future.
