Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq, Vice Chairman of Alfanar Group and Managing Director of Alfanar Projects, joined global industry leaders on the panel titled “Resilient Supply Chains: Co-creating Industrial Growth.” The session addressed how Saudi Arabia and the United States are reshaping supply chains through advanced manufacturing, localization, and strategic co-investment.

In his remarks, Eng. Sabah shared the growth journey of alfanar, from a modest 3,000-square-meter workshop to a leading industrial player operating 26 advanced factories across the Kingdom. He emphasized the company’s role in empowering Saudi talent and localizing critical grid components to drive national resilience.

He also highlighted how Alfanar Projects is contributing to future-ready supply chains through giga-projects such as NEOM, showcasing flexible models that balance local production with global technologies. Additionally, he spoke about Saudi Arabia’s emergence as a regional hub for data centers, pointing to Alfanar Projects’ newest investments in the sector, and underlined the strategic collaboration between alfanar Group and U.S. companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) to manufacture servers locally, reinforcing industrial integration between both nations.
