The ceremony honored 20 graduates who successfully completed a comprehensive 15-month program encompassing strategic thinking, innovation, and organizational development. Over the course of the program, participants submitted 2,400 business reports, executed 3 strategic projects, and completed 49 structured learning modules. The program delivered 16,000 training hours across 80 days and earned an 86% satisfaction rate, a testament to its impact and effectiveness.

The ceremony was held in the presence of senior leadership, led by Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq, Vice Chairman of alfanar and Managing Director of Alfanar Projects, and Eng. Jamal Wadi, President of Alfanar Projects. Their attendance reflects the organization’s commitment to cultivating internal capabilities and empowering future leaders.

During the ceremony, both Eng. Sabah and Eng. Jamal extended their heartfelt congratulations to the graduates, commending their dedication, perseverance, and progress throughout the program. They also expressed their sincere appreciation to the Learning and Development Center (LDC) team for their continuous efforts in designing and delivering such a comprehensive leadership journey, which remains a cornerstone of Alfanar Projects’ growth.

In his keynote address, Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq emphasized the evolution of PMA from a bold concept into a strategic pillar aligned with the company’s vision to develop its people. Eng. Jamal also highlighted the program’s origins in 2011 and its lasting contribution to the company’s leadership culture.
