Alfanar Projects Participated in the 7th Maintcon International Conference as a Diamond Sponsor
Alfanar Projects, represented by Alfanar Engineering Services, participated in the 7th Maintcon conference
hosted by Aramco in Manama, as a diamond sponsor. The conference created a platform for insightful discussions about sustainable practices in asset management and the technological advancements that are shaping the future of the industry. The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E. Mohamed Bindaina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain, and Senior. VP of Industrial Services at Aramco, Eng. Talal Al Marri where Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, represented Alfanar Projects.
During the event, Eng. Sattam Al Motairi, Sales VP, participated in a panel discussion on ‘Forging Strategic Alliances for Tomorrow's Asset Management Excellence’. He emphasized that successful partnerships are built on shared visions, and core strengths to achieve common goals. He further highlighted the importance of adapting global best practices to local contexts, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, and prioritizing sustainability and innovation to meet future challenges.
As part of the technical paper program, Alfanar Engineering Services contributed to two technical sessions. Eng. Mohamed Rashad, Alfanar Training Institute Manager, presented a paper on enhancing asset management through proactive strategies, data-driven insights, and lifecycle optimization to ensure sustainability. Additionally, Eng. Ayman Badawy, QA Manager at Technical Services, led a session on electrical equipment in hazardous areas, focusing on safety standards and proper equipment selection to prevent ignition risks and ensure compliance in explosive environments.
