This high-level dialogue aimed at advancing bilateral cooperation and driving mutual growth between the two nations.

The roundtable brought together senior government officials, business leaders, and industry experts from both Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom to strengthen strategic partnerships in capital markets, clean energy, innovation, and infrastructure development. The event aligned national investment priorities with emerging opportunities under Saudi Vision 2030 and the UK’s Net Zero and Green Industrial Growth strategies.

Representing Alfanar Projects were Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq, Vice Chairman of Alfanar & Managing Director, Alfanar Projects, along with Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, Chief Executive Officer of Alfanar Engineering Services, and Wasim Al Malouhi, Chief Executive Officer of Alfanar Global Development, engaged with prominent stakeholders to explore collaborative ventures in sustainable energy technologies, digital infrastructure modernization, and industrial localization.

“Driven by our commitment to fostering global collaboration and advancing the ambitions of both nations, we are proud to have participated in this pivotal roundtable, through strategic initiatives such as our Lighthouse Green Fuels Project in the United Kingdom, which focuses on producing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) from waste-derived feedstocks, we aim to reshape the future of clean energy and accelerate the transition toward a net zero carbon global economy,” Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq affirmed the bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and UK.
