Organized by Saudi Aramco, the event took place from January 13–16, 2025, at Dhahran Expo, Dammam, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, alongside His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al-Saud, Minister of Energy, and other distinguished officials and industry leaders.

Under the theme "Ecosystem of Opportunities," His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the forum with a welcoming address that underscored the progress in developing the local supply chain, the completion of key enablement projects, and new opportunities for collaboration to strengthen the local ecosystem. Following this, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al-Saud delivered a speech highlighting the ministry's initiatives in localizing advanced technologies, promoting clean energy solutions, and driving investments in the energy sector. He reaffirmed the Kingdom’s focus on enhancing energy infrastructure and proactively addressing future challenges.

Alfanar's stand drew significant attention from high-level executives across various industries. Notable visitors were warmly welcomed by Eng. Sabah Al Mutlaq, Vice Chairman of Alfanar, alongside Mr. Pascal Horter, Alfanar Electric President, and other senior leaders.

The stand showcased the company's cutting-edge products and solutions, including VCB and LV Breakers, Double-Tier Switch Gear, SF6-Free SRMUs, and cybersecurity innovations. Additionally, The company highlighted its renewable energy solutions, engineering services, large-scale projects within and beyond the Kingdom, and its steadfast commitment to sustainability.

As part of the forum program, Alfanar Projects' team participated in a panel discussion addressing the localization of circular economy practices in Saudi Arabia, represented by Eng. Sattam Al Mutairi, Vice President of Sales at Alfanar Projects. Additionally, the company contributed to the forum's technical sessions, where Eng. Amjad Al Hakim, Sales Manager at Alfanar Projects, delivered a detailed presentation highlighting the company's achievements in localizing the manufacturing of synchronous motors.

This year, the four-day event featured over 210 investment opportunities, brought together more than 250 exhibitors, and attracted over 40,000 visitors, reinforcing its position as a premier platform for industry collaboration and growth.
