Alfanar Projects participates in the Saudi-Indian Roundtable Events held in India
Under the leadership and in the presence of H.E. Eng. Khalid Al Falih, Minister of Investment,
Alfanar Projects participated in a series of high-level engagements across key Indian cities as part of the Saudi-Indian Investment Roundtable, reflecting the company’s commitment to advancing national investment objectives and strengthening bilateral cooperation.
In New Delhi, Mr. Jayant Bansal, Head of Sales at Alfanar Engineering Services, represented Alfanar Projects at the Saudi–Indian Investment Roundtable, where he presented an overview of the company’s activities and discussed potential areas of collaboration with leading Indian stakeholders, contributing to the expansion of industrial partnerships between the two countries.
The participation continued in Mumbai with the participation of Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, CEO of Alfanar Engineering Services, accompanied by Eng. Amit Kansal, CEO of Senvion India, and Eng. Mohamed Irfan, CEO of Alfanar Power Limited. These engagements resulted in the signing of investment agreements valued at nearly SAR 2 billion, marking a significant advancement in joint ventures between Saudi and Indian companies. During the event, Eng. Amer delivered a presentation titled “Alfanar’s Success Story in India”, highlighting the company’s expanding achievements in the Indian market.
Speaking on stage, Eng. Amer Al Ajmi stated, “We don’t just see two nations on a map; we see a shared story of trust and partnership. Our presence in India is not just about investment, but about belief in its remarkable growth and the talent shaping its future.”
More than fifteen meetings were also conducted with a range of Saudi and Indian companies to explore new opportunities for cooperation, and on the sidelines of the events, an MoU was signed with STEAG Energy Services India Pvt. Ltd., outlining cooperation in providing operations and maintenance, digital solutions, and engineering services for power plants in Saudi Arabia.
