Alfanar Projects' LDC Department successfully completes first batch of Step-Up Program
In continuation of Alfanar Projects' achievements and in line with its commitment to empowering its people and cultivating local talent
its Learning and Development department is pleased to announce the successful completion of the first batch of the Step-up Program, a strategic initiative to prepare Saudi graduates for prosperous careers.
Over 24,400 hours of training in crucial areas like business, technology, and interpersonal skills were provided during this 4-month intensive journey, which included 32 major learning programs. The program, which combined professional mentoring with practical training and real-world insights, gave 50 graduates more than 120 essential skills through more than 70 sessions.
The Step-Up Program stands as a testament to Alfanar Projects’ vision for sustainable talent development, enabling young professionals to step confidently into their roles and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.
By the end of the graduation ceremony, Eng. Khalid Al Solami, Executive Vice President of Engineering Construction, praised the graduates for their dedication and growth: “Reflecting on my journey from the Saudi Electricity Company to Alfanar Projects, I’ve seen firsthand how challenges shape true leaders.
