the Learning and Development Center (LDC) announced the successful completion of the fifth batch of the Saudi Talent Empowerment Program (STE) for 2025, a structured development initiative designed to support newly hired Saudi employees.

The program was delivered across three consecutive rounds, with a strong focus on enhancing professional readiness and developing essential workplace skills. The program achieved outstanding results, graduating 132 Saudi employees who completed more than 16,000 training hours. Each participant completed over 120 specialized training hours, thereby contributing to the development of professional competence and practical readiness for effective workplace integration.

In parallel with the National Talent Development Program, the Learning and Development Center also supported the implementation of the Step-Up Program, delivered in a fully in-person format over three months. The program resulted in the graduation of 52 Saudi employees through intensive, diverse training activities aimed at strengthening their readiness for effective integration and impactful contributions within the work environment, totaling 24,000 learning hours.

In 2025, over 40,000 training hours were delivered to Saudi talent, aiming to strengthen their professional skills and further develop their technical and practical capabilities, thereby enhancing workplace readiness and performance.
