Expanding our Building and infrastructure portfolio, Jazan Entertainment Complex is a project that advances the leisure ambitions of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It is a cornerstone in Saudi Arabia’s plan to turn leisure and culture into engines of growth. We have been entrusted with the full scope of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for the entertainment destination on Jazan’s North Corniche, with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) investing in SAR 1.3 billion.

Guided by sustainability, the Jazan Entertainment Complex aligns with the Kingdom’s environmental goals while advancing cultural and economic horizons. The project follows USGBC LEED v4 (silver rating) standards, with recycled-content, low-carbon, and low-VOC benchmarks shaping every structural element, façade, and finish. All HSE procedures meet regulatory standards, with zero recordable incidents.

The complex occupies 73,000 m² of built-up area across eleven buildings on Jazan’s waterfront. To fulfill the construction, 108,736 m³ of soil has been excavated, 77,303 m³ of concrete poured, and 4,287 t of structural steel installed. We are progressing with façades that took 18,892 m² of cladding (12,542 m² in GRC and 6,350 m² in expanded metal mesh). Supporting the retail promenade, 5,018 m² of metal decking delivers outdoor spaces for pedestrians.

From foundations to finishing, we also ensure that the project advances ESG targets (carbon accounting, resource efficiency, worker welfare, and certified systems). To maintain the environment, all site activities are monitored to comply with Saudi Arabia’s General Environmental Regulation and Royal Decree M/165. The National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) also sets strict ambient air-quality and noise thresholds and issues the project’s permits.

The Jazan Entertainment Complex will be a vibrant social hub that multiplies leisure choices, which adds to the Vision 2030 Quality-of-Life Program. It will feature an indoor golf course with optimal playing conditions and enhanced comfort. The complex’s multi-screen cinema will be equipped with premium viewing technology. Other major draws are a Hot Wheels-inspired e-karting track, an indoor adventure center by Discovery Adventures, and a retail and dining promenade.
