Entering our fifth decade, we have rebranded as Alfanar Projects to simplify the way we talk about ourselves and magnify the value we can provide our clients and partners around the world. As part of Alfanar Group, Alfanar Projects offers comprehensive solutions in project development, engineering construction, engineering services, steel structures, and digital solutions through our own sub-brands.

A global purpose

Our roots are in Saudi Arabia, but we serve the world. Our vision is to be a global leader in project development and engineering construction by leveraging our proven expertise and deploying revolutionary technologies.We already have decades of proven expertise and leading technologies at our disposal. And now, we are helping other countries face the biggest challenges of today. The future remains in our hands.

Our sustainable aviation fuel plant in Teesside, UK, is crucial to the UK aviation sector’s plans to achieve net zero by 2050; our wind energy projects in India and Spain are helping the two countries in their energy transition; key projects in Egypt, including a 50 MW solar park in Benban, are contributing to a transformation in its energy sector; and our projects in Saudi Arabia are contributing to the country's ambitious renewable energy target by 2030.

All of this requires a business that is dynamic, trusted, and cooperative. One that can step up and offer a comprehensive range of solutions to meet client demands on a global scale. This is the purpose of Alfanar Projects.

Four decades on

Since the 1970s, we have spearheaded developments in energy, water, and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and have since developed our operations on a global scale. We now play a pivotal role in supporting nations across the world to deliver large-scale projects and achieve their goals and visions. Our global ambitions are reflected in our new purpose: to answer the increasingly complex energy, water, and infrastructure needs of our world. Now we’re bringing all our engineering expertise under one roof to offer our clients and partners a better way of creating opportunities out of whatever the future may hold.

The stylishly designed patterns that serve as a backdrop represent five countries where Alfanar has undertaken major projects, yet their abstract aesthetic means they can be applied to other countries as we continue to grow our global portfolio. The designs are borne from the shaping of our current logo, too. So rather than creating something brand new, we’re developing and utilizing what we already have as part of a wider transformation – all with our vision front of mind.
