The program brought together 22 senior leaders from Alfanar Projects and Dar Engineering to explore the practical applications of artificial intelligence across the projects in EPC and Engineering services.

The program was attended by Eng. Jamal Wadi, President of Alfanar Projects, Mr. Muhammed Al Mutlaq, Deputy Managing Director, and the executive team, reflecting the organization’s recognition that digital transformation must be driven from the top.

This program was designed to equip executive leadership with the knowledge and tools needed to harness AI effectively across the full spectrum of project delivery. It also ensures the company’s recognition that leadership capacity is the foundation upon which any successful transformation is built.
