Empowering the Next Generation: Alfanar Engineering Services' CEO Meets Newly Joined Saudi Engineers

Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, CEO of Alfanar Engineering Services, visited Alfanar Engineering Services’ Technical Institute (ATI), where he met 42 newly graduated Saudi engineers who recently joined the company.
During the visit, Eng. Amer welcomed the new engineers as they began their professional journeys and encouraged them to embrace continuous learning, hands-on experience, and professional development as key foundations for building successful careers. The meeting provided an opportunity for the young engineers to engage directly with leadership and gain valuable insights as they prepare to contribute to the company’s projects and the wider engineering sector.
The visit reflects Alfanar Engineering Services’ continued focus on investing in people and developing national capabilities through structured learning, practical experience, and direct leadership engagement. Through Alfanar Training Institute, newly joined professionals are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to contribute effectively to engineering projects that support the Kingdom’s long-term growth.
